TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PartyBus4All services and website partybus4all.com. By requesting a quote, booking a reservation, making a payment, signing a contract, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Reservations and Booking Confirmation
A reservation is not confirmed until all required steps have been completed, which may include:
- Submission of booking information
- Payment of the required deposit or full payment
- Acceptance of pricing and trip details
- Execution of any required contract or agreement
PartyBus4All reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation request before confirmation.
2. Deposits and Payments
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than the start of service on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment method. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a cancellation is made 7 or more days before the event date, PartyBus4All may refund amounts paid above the deposit amount, less any non-recoverable processing fees or costs already incurred.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or refusal to begin service at the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid.
4. Changes to Booking Details
Changes to pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, route, stops, passenger count, or trip length may affect pricing and availability. Any requested changes are subject to approval and may result in additional charges.
5. Overtime and Additional Charges
Overtime is not guaranteed and is subject to vehicle and driver availability. If overtime is approved, additional time will be billed at the applicable hourly or agreed rate and must be paid immediately when requested or at the end of service.
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended wait time, excessive cleaning, damage, vomiting, smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or other violations of these Terms.
6. Passenger Conduct and Safety
All passengers must behave safely and lawfully at all times. PartyBus4All reserves the right to refuse service, end a trip, or remove passengers for unsafe, illegal, violent, threatening, or excessively disruptive behavior, without refund.
Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise approved in writing.
7. Alcohol, Smoking, and Illegal Substances
Passengers may bring their own alcohol only to the extent permitted by applicable law. No one under 21 may possess or consume alcohol.
Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, and weapons are prohibited in the vehicle unless expressly permitted by law and approved by PartyBus4All. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
8. Damage and Cleaning Fees
The booking customer is responsible for any damage caused by passengers during the trip, including damage to seating, flooring, electronics, fixtures, doors, windows, and other vehicle components.
